Each mountain page lists the range, country, elevation and, where it is recorded, the first ascent with the climbers involved, followed by notes on climbing history and significance. Peaks that are still unclimbed are marked as such; first ascents that are undocumented, such as summits climbed in prehistory, are left out rather than guessed.
